Mid-View Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Band 5 Registered Nurses to join our team in Norwich.
As a Band 5 Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care to patients while working collaboratively with the team. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, maintain accurate clinical records, and ensure care is delivered in line with professional standards and organisational policies.
What we're looking for:
- Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous NHS or hospital experience preferred
- Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- A compassionate, professional and patient-focused approach
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights and weekends
- Right to work in the UK
