The Square and Compass is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Bar & Waiting Staff to join our vibrant countryside Pub & Restaurant.
The ideal candidate must pride themselves on delivering excellent customer service and be passionate about great food and drinks. You will be part of the Front of House team; hosting guests, taking orders, making drinks and ensuring guests are looked after with excellent guest service, ensuring that all guests leave with a smile.
There are also opportunities to work alongside our events team to deliver weddings, wakes, birthdays, corporate events. As well as our Sister team at The Castle Inn, Spofforth.
Prior experience is preferred but not necessary. We will teach you how to handle a tray of espresso martinis, carry 3 hot dinner plates and pour the perfect pint of Guinness. All you need to do is…
