Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, organised, and welcoming. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and effective communication skills to interact positively with clients.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain an organised cleaning schedule and adhere to it consistently.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and feedback professionally.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning tasks and priorities.
- Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- A valid driving licence is desirable for travel between locations.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
