Casa Brío is coming to Penwortham and we're looking for chefs to join the team at our new Mediterranean-inspired café, bar and restaurant.
Inspired by Spain, its food and its café culture, Casa Brío will be a relaxed place for brunch, lunch, sharing plates, wine and good times.
We're building the kitchen from the ground up and are looking for chefs who want to be part of that journey.
What you'll be doing:
- Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard
- Working across different sections of the kitchen
- Completing daily prep and ensuring you're ready for service
- Working closely with the Kitchen Lead and Sous Chef
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
- Following recipes and portioning consistently
- Helping keep the kitchen organised and running smoothly
- Supporting the wider team during busy services
- Contributing ideas and helping us develop the kitchen as Casa Brío grows
What we're looking for:
You'll ideally have previous professional kitchen experience, but we're more interested in how you work than how impressive your CV looks.
We're looking for someone who is:

- Proud of what they put on the plate
Experience with Mediterranean or Spanish food is a bonus, but not essential.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week
