Job Summary
This is a Team Leader role.
We are seeking a dedicated, hard working and reliable individual to join our garden maintenance team. They will need to have a minimum of 2 years experience in garden maintenance and leading a team. This will be a 12 month contract with the possibility of becoming permanent, subject to availability.
Responsibilities
- Driving to and from sites to perform grounds-keeping duties, including planting, pruning, weeding, and hedge cutting.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various gardening tasks.
- Maintain garden equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed on time.

Qualifications
- 2 years gardening experience required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of work.
- A valid UK driving license is a must.
Pay: £28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
