We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled PDI Technician to join a reputable main dealership group in Ellesmere Port. This PDI Technician position offers an exciting opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals to advance their careers within a dynamic and supportive workshop environment.
The role as a PDI Technician is vital in ensuring vehicle readiness to the highest standards, supporting the dealership's reputation for excellent customer service and quality workmanship.

- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus every third Saturday morning shift

Duties:
- Conducting pre-delivery inspections (PDI) to ensure vehicles meet manufacturer standards using the latest technology
- Performing comprehensive vehicle health checks and servicing as per manufacturer guidelines
- Conducting diagnostics and repairs, including handling warranty work with full documentation
- Road testing vehicles to verify faults have been rectified and performance is optimal
- Completing all related paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Supporting the workshop with additional repairs and diagnostics, as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a vehicle technician or mechanic
- Fully qualified with NVQ Level 3 or an equivalent qualification
- Full UK driving licence
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and ambitious
- Previous experience working with a recognised automotive brand is advantageous but not essential, as full brand training is provided
