Trade Flooring 4 You is looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our growing team in Middlesbrough.
If you enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude, and are driven to achieve sales targets, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
* Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service.
* Helping customers choose the right flooring products for their needs.
* Building product knowledge to confidently advise customers.
* Processing sales and handling customer enquiries.
* Maintaining the showroom to a high standard.
* Working towards individual and team sales targets.
* Supporting the team with day-to-day store operations.
What We're Looking For
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* A positive, enthusiastic, and reliable attitude.
* Sales experience is preferred but not essential as full training can be provided.
* Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
* Basic computer skills.
Working Hours
* Monday to Saturday (with one day off during the week).
* Occasional Bank Holiday working may be required.
Pay & Benefits
* National Minimum Wage (or National Living Wage where applicable) plus uncapped commission.
* 21 days' annual holiday.
