About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Hospitality Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing recruitment team in Glasgow.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships and working in a fast-paced environment. You will play an important role in sourcing and connecting hospitality professionals with exciting temporary and permanent opportunities across Glasgow and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job boards, social media and our existing database
- Conduct telephone and online candidate screening
- Build and maintain a strong pool of hospitality candidates
- Match candidates to suitable vacancies
- Contact candidates regarding available shifts and opportunities
- Maintain accurate candidate records
- Assist with interview and onboarding processes
- Work closely with the recruitment team to fulfil client requirements
- Help grow our hospitality candidate network across Glasgow
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident and comfortable speaking to people on the phone
- Friendly, approachable and professional
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a busy recruitment environment
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Experienced in recruitment, hospitality or customer service (desirable but not essential)
- Confident using computers, email and social media
