Job Summary
Perugia Big Band Entertainment & Events Ltd is seeking an experienced Artist and Talent Management Manager to manage relationships with artists, performers, musicians, and entertainment professionals.
The successful candidate will coordinate bookings, contracts, schedules, performances, and career opportunities while working closely with event production, marketing, venues, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with artists, musicians, performers, and entertainment talent
- Coordinate bookings, appearances, performances, rehearsals, and schedules
- Negotiate fees, contracts, performance terms, and commercial arrangements
- Identify new talent and potential entertainment partnerships
- Liaise with venues, promoters, agents, event organisers, and production teams
- Coordinate artist requirements, travel, accommodation, and event logistics
- Support artist promotion, marketing campaigns, and publicity activities
- Maintain talent databases, contracts, schedules, and booking records
- Monitor budgets, booking revenues, expenses, and commercial performance
- Support artists and clients throughout event planning and live performances
Requirements
- Experience in talent management, artist management, entertainment, events, music, or a related field
- Experience working with artists, performers, clients, or event partners
- Strong communication, negotiation, organisation, and relationship-management skills
- Good understanding of live entertainment and event operations
- Ability to coordinate multiple bookings, schedules, and priorities
- Strong commercial awareness and customer-service skills
- Familiarity with contracts, bookings, or talent-management systems is advantageous
- Relevant qualification or equivalent professional experience is preferred

Pay: £42,000.00-£52,000.00 per year
