Cinema de Lux Derby is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team. As a key member of our cinema staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring the smooth operation of the cinema, and maintaining a welcoming environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant entertainment setting, providing memorable experiences for our visitors.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Assist guests with ticketing, concessions, and seating arrangements
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cinema auditorium and communal areas
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Support management in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Uphold health and safety standards in line with company policies
- Contribute to a positive atmosphere by working collaboratively with team members
- Promote special events or promotions to enhance guest engagement
Qualifications
- Previous experience in management, hospitality, or guest services is advantageous but not essential
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during peak times as required
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
