North End Nursery is a growing nursery in the heart of North End, Portsmouth, and forms part of North End Baptist Church. As a new setting, we offer staff the opportunity to play a key role in shaping a nurturing, high-quality early years environment where children, families and practitioners are valued.

Job Description:
As a member of our Bank Staff Team, you will be contracted to work 5 hours per week, with additional hours offered on a flexible basis to meet the needs of the nursery. This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexibility, with opportunities to work additional shifts to cover staff absence, annual leave, training, and periods of increased demand.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
- A genuine passion for working with children in a nursery setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
- A warm, caring, and creative approach to early years education
