Digital Growth & Lead Generation Manager
We are looking for a Digital Growth and Lead Generation Manager to join our fast growing garden room company.
Core Objectives
Build, optimise and manage the company’s digital lead generation, CRM systems, automations, tracking, reporting and operational technology infrastructure to increase qualified leads, improve conversion rates and support scalable business growth.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Advertising
Manage and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
Create and manage Google Ads campaigns
Develop and improve retargeting campaigns across multiple platforms
Manage digital advertising spend and campaign budgets
Test and refine audiences, creatives, campaigns and funnel strategies
Monitor and improve ROI, cost per lead and conversion performance
Analyse campaign performance and customer data to identify optimisation opportunities
Scale high-performing campaigns and identify new growth opportunities
Funnels & Conversion Optimisation
Improve landing pages and lead funnels
Optimise quote/calculator conversion rates
Analyse customer journeys and identify drop-off points
Test and implement new lead capture methods and funnel improvements
Improve lead quality and overall customer conversion performance
CRM & Automation Systems
Manage and optimise Go High Level CRM system
Build and improve workflows, automations and nurture sequences
Manage lead routing, pipeline stages and customer journeys
Support CRM integrations and ongoing process improvements
Identify operational inefficiencies and proactively implement improvements to systems and workflows
Tracking, Reporting & Analytics
Implement and manage tracking systems including Meta Pixel and Google Analytics
Produce weekly and monthly performance reports
Analyse lead quality, attribution data and campaign performance
Monitor sales conversion metrics and key business growth KPIs
Use data and reporting to support ongoing optimisation and decision-making
SEO, Content & Organic Growth
Improve website SEO performance and local search visibility
Increase organic website traffic and search rankings
Identify content opportunities to improve online visibility and lead generation
Coordinate and support creation of digital content including project photography, video, reels and case studies to support campaigns and brand growth
Monitor keyword rankings and overall search performance
Integrations & Digital Systems
Manage integrations using Zapier and similar automation tools
Support integration and optimisation of internal digital systems and software platforms
Assist with ongoing improvement of operational systems, workflows and digital processes
Skills / Experience required
Proven management experience within digital marketing or related fields.
Meta Ads management experience
Google Ads campaign management
CRM systems (preferably Go High Level)
Understanding of workflows, automations, integrations, triggers and data flows
Automation tools (Zapier etc.)
Analytics and reporting
Strong knowledge of SEO principles
Conversion optimisation
Strong analytical mindset
Process and systems thinking
Ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions
Commercial awareness with a focus on lead quality, conversion and ROI Ability to learn new systems and software platforms quickly
Proficiency in WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and IT systems relevant to digital marketing.
Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies.
Effective leadership qualities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organisation and time management skills.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
