Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional DPD Courier Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering parcels efficiently and safely across designated routes, ensuring excellent customer service. This role offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic logistics environment, contributing to timely deliveries and maintaining high standards of professionalism.
Duties
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Collect parcels from the warehouse and deliver them to customers within specified timeframes.
- Load and unload parcels, including heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring items are handled with care.
- Plan delivery routes effectively to optimise efficiency and punctuality.
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately, including delivery logs and electronic documentation.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organised vehicle to ensure safety and professionalism at all times.
Skills
- Candidate must be over the age of 21 and hold a full UK license for longer then 12 Months
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable with driving commercial vehicles.
- Warehouse experience is advantageous, especially in handling heavy items.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to lift heavy parcels safely and efficiently as part of daily duties.
- Organised with excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines.
- Knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations within the area of operation. This role requires a dedicated individual who takes pride in their work, maintains high safety standards, and delivers exceptional service to our customers.

Working out of Lincoln, Witham St Hughs
We have a couple of open positions working out of Lincoln depot as a courier driver working 4,5 or 6 days
Extra days available if you require
Pay: £120.00-£170.00 per day
