Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and dedicated Housekeeping and Food & Beverage Couples to join our dynamic hospitality team. In these roles, you will work collaboratively to ensure our guests experience exceptional comfort, cleanliness, and service throughout their stay. Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and staff facilities in accordance with hotel standards
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks such as making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing supplies
- Assist in setting up and serving food and beverages at designated areas, ensuring prompt and courteous service
- Support the food & beverage team with event setups, clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
- Conduct janitorial duties including waste removal, floor care, and sanitation to uphold hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest service delivery and address guest requests promptly
- Follow safety protocols and hotel policies to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff
Qualifications
- Previous hotel experience or hospitality background preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Experience in janitorial or cleaning roles is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and a proactive approach to tasks

Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
