We are looking for a motivated person to engage with our Warehouse team. Flexibility is key as roles may vary according to workload.
The candidate that meets our expectations on the job will receive up front training with an opportunity for career progression within the company.
Skills required:
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Working in a team but also using your own initiative to work independently.
- Physically fit, capable of manual handling
- The ability to learn picking/order system
- Good accuracy and numeracy skills
- A proven ability to prioritise and organise workload
Certain roles within the factory do require some lifting/manoeuvring of heavy goods.
Forklift license helpful but not essential.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 07.30-16.30 & Friday 07.30-13.30.
Starting wage £12.71 per hour plus a 4% attendance bonus and 4% productivity bonus on top if criteria met - 39 hour week with opportunities for overtime.
21 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays paid.
