Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders, Barbacks to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and making recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Monitor customer alcohol consumption and ensure their safety
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operation of the bar
- Assist in restocking inventory and replenishing supplies as needed
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Hospitality mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices accurately
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, but not required
