Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and communal spaces, ensuring they meet cleanliness standards.
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely to complete daily tasks.
- Maintain hygiene by disinfecting high-touch surfaces regularly to prevent the spread of germs.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability.
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly to management for swift resolution.
- Support team efforts during deep cleaning projects or special events to uphold cleanliness excellence.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, and steam cleaners safely and effectively.
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
- Clear understanding of health and safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Reliable team player with a positive attitude eager to contribute to a clean and safe environment.
