CHEF OPPORTUNITY | KNOCKINAAM LODGE, SOUTH WEST SCOTLAND
Knockinaam Lodge is looking for a talented and ambitious Chef to join its growing kitchen team, led by newly appointed Executive Head Chef Tyler King.
Set on the coast in Dumfries & Galloway, Knockinaam is a 5-star, 10-bedroom Restaurant with Rooms, currently holding 3 AA Rosettes, with an ambitious culinary direction and a strong focus on raising standards further.
The kitchen works closely with an exceptional on-site kitchen garden and makes the most of the fantastic produce available across South West Scotland. The team is looking for someone with drive, a strong work ethic and genuine ambition who wants to develop their career and play a part in the restaurant's next chapter.
All levels will be considered – attitude, ability and the desire to progress are key.
