Sales Operations Executive – Deliveries / Dealer Finance

As part of our Deliveries Team, you’ll manage the customer journey from the point their order is authorised for delivery through to successful delivery. You’ll work closely with dealers, customers and teams across the business to keep orders moving, resolve issues and ensure our customers receive a smooth and consistent experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing customer orders through the delivery process, from authorisation through to completion.
- Proactively contacting dealers to secure delivery updates, offer dates and booking confirmations.
- Contacting customers to arrange and confirm vehicle deliveries, keeping them informed throughout the process.
- Managing delivery delays, vehicle issues and changes, communicating these clearly to customers, dealers and internal teams.
- Updating CRM systems accurately, ensuring all actions and customer/dealer updates are recorded.
- Assisting customers with Letters of Authority (LOAs), delivery queries and document requirements.
- Checking delivery addresses against funder guidelines and communicating any required changes.
- Managing inboxes, portal messages, cancellations and daily customer welcome calls within agreed service levels.
- Supporting the Dealer Finance process, including communicating rejections and further information requests.
- Checking agreements and documents and ensuring these are processed accurately and within agreed SLAs.
- Supporting dealers with portal queries and maintaining accurate dashboard and forecast reports.
- Working across platforms including LeaseLink, Fleet Procure and Polestar.
- Working closely with internal teams to resolve queries and ensure the delivery process runs smoothly.
- Ensuring all activity is completed in line with FCA requirements, company policies and our customer service standards.
What we're looking for
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and genuinely customer-focused, with the confidence to communicate with customers and dealers every day.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a phone-based customer service or operational role.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Good IT and CRM skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- A positive, solutions-focused attitude.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work well under pressure.
- A target-driven approach and commitment to meeting SLAs.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Experience in leasing, automotive, finance, transport or operations would be beneficial, but it’s not essential. We’ll provide the training you need to understand our products, systems and processes.
