Overview
Craig Baker Driver Training is a provider of HGV training courses across multiple sites (North West, Midlands, Yorkshire and Milton Keynes). We're recruiting due to company expansion and we're looking for an additional salesperson to cope with demand.

We are looking for a direct, confident, target-driven salesperson who is comfortable speaking with people over the phone, understanding their goals, and helping them choose the right training programme.
This is not cold door-to-door selling. You will be handling inbound enquiries, following up leads, speaking to prospective learners, and closing course sales ranging from £1,000 to £3,500.

- Persuasive without being pushy - able to close deals efficiently
- Good at building rapport quickly
- Comfortable handling objections
- Motivated by targets and commission
- Organised and proactive
Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up inbound leads
- Recommend suitable training programmes
- Convert enquiries into enrolments
- Maintain CRM records and follow-up activity
- Hit weekly and monthly sales targets
- Deliver excellent customer experience throughout the sales process
Requirements
- 3+ years previous sales experience preferred
- Experience in training/course sales is a bonus
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
