Role Descriptions
Front of House
- Delivering a warm and professional welcome to all guests Taking food and drink orders and serving tables Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-presented dining and public area Handling payments and assisting guests with queries
Receptionist
- Greeting guests on arrival and managing check-in and check-out Answering phone and email enquiries and managing reservations Providing local area information and recommendations Supporting administrative duties and coordinating with other departments
Housekeeper
- Cleaning and preparing guest bedrooms and public areas to a high standard Replenishing supplies and reporting maintenance issues Working efficiently as part of the housekeeping team
Bar Staff
- Preparing and serving drinks professionally and efficiently Maintaining a well-stocked, clean, and welcoming bar area Assisting guests with drink recommendations and handling payments
Night Porter
- Covering overnight duties to ensure the hotel runs smoothly and securely Assisting late arriving and early departing guests with warmth and efficiency Monitoring hotel security through the night Completing overnight administrative and morning preparation tasks
What We're Looking For
- A friendly, professional attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach Candidates with experience across more than one of the above departments are strongly preferred — we value versatility and the ability to support the team wherever needed
