We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Clubhouse Assistant to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the friendly face of our club, ensuring that members and guests experience exceptional service from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities
- Welcome members and guests with a warm, friendly and professional attitude.
- Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Take food and drink orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Operate the till and process payments.
- Chat with members and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the golf club's bar and clubhouse.
- Keep the bar, restaurant and front-of-house areas clean, tidy and well-presented.
- Clear and reset tables promptly.
- Restock glassware, ice, garnishes and bar supplies.
- Change beer kegs when required – full training will be provided
- Work flexibly across all front-of-house areas to ensure excellent service at all times.
- Following all cleaning procedures to make sure the club house is always kept tidy
Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and protocols
- Experience with bartending or serving is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting

Pay: £12.71 per hour
Expected hours: 5.0 – 40.0 per week
