We're looking for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join a leading facilities management team, covering a diverse portfolio of commercial and public sector buildings across North London, Greater London and the M25 corridor.
You'll be working across a unique mix of sites — from commercial offices and indoor car parks to council buildings and specialist facilities — meaning no two days will be the same.

The Role:
As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a varied portfolio of buildings throughout North London and the surrounding M25 area.
You will manage your own workload, attend reactive faults and complete preventative maintenance to ensure sites remain safe, compliant and operating efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Reactive maintenance and fault finding
- Electrical and general building services maintenance
- Working on a range of commercial and public sector sites
- Completing maintenance reports and compliance paperwork
- Building strong relationships with clients and site teams
What we're looking for:
- Experience as a Mobile Maintenance Engineer / Electrical Engineer / Multi-Skilled Engineer
- Strong commercial maintenance background
- Electrical qualification (18th Edition preferred)
- Experience with PPMs and reactive maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Comfortable working independently across multiple sites
Experience within commercial offices, local authority buildings, retail, healthcare or large estates would be highly advantageous.
