We are seeking an experienced Works Manager, with a proven background in earthworks and highways, to lead workforce and subcontractors, manage site operations, drive project delivery and maintain the highest standards for health, safety and environment.

Demonstrated success in a Works Manager or General Foreman role within the civil engineering sector, specifically focusing on earthworks and highways.
Extensive, hands-on background in bulk earthworks and road construction.
Strong understanding of heavy plant operations.
Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of coordinating with stakeholders, clients, and local authorities.
Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings.
Knowledge of regulations relating to the storage, transport, disposal and of soils and other construction waste.
Skills Card - CSCS Card.
