Job description
You will be required to carry out general property maintenance tasks. Your responsibilities will include;
- Working directly with the other departments, attending various jobs each day to resolve any maintenance issues- this can be anything from painting and all other aspects from day to day maintenance.
- Perform minor appliance repairs and coordinate replacements when needed.
-Carry out routine maintenance and repairs in apartments, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
- Inspect units regularly to identify and address maintenance issues proactively.
-Respond promptly to residents’ maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
-Communicating effectively and professionally with the other teams in the company who you may need to work in conjuction with.
-To prioritise daily tasks based on the requirements of the maintenance manager.
-Ensuring areas are left clean and tidy on completion of the job.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
