Responsibilities
- Deliver expert hair styling, cutting, coloring, and barbering services tailored to each client’s preferences and features
- Provide specialized treatments such as eyelash extensions and makeup application to enhance overall client looks
- Offer personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable styles or products
- Mentor and support junior team members, sharing techniques and best practices to promote team growth
- Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Upsell retail products and additional services to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to health and safety standards at all times
Skills
- Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of diverse looks and techniques
- Skilled in barbering with the ability to execute precise cuts for all genders
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Experience managing store operations or leading a team within a salon environment
- Knowledge of eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other beauty enhancements is highly desirable
- Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining genuine client relationships
