THE RAZZ a newly established adult gaming shop based in Rugby.
We are looking for hardworking, self-motivated individuals to join our new, exciting business as Customer Service Attendants.
Due to the nature of the business you must be 18+.
Key responsibilities in this role would be:
- Opening and Closing the Venue;
- Promotional Offers/ Marketing activities/ Events are delivered correctly to the customer;
- Providing World Class customer service;
- Previous experience of working with gaming machines would be an advantage – full training is provided;
- Venue is operated in accordance with LCCP;
- Acts as the responsible person for the venue when rota’d to do so; or in the event of unexpected absence.
Main responsibilities in this role would be:
- To make sure that the venue housekeeping is of the highest possible standard at all times by regularly cleaning floors, machines, toilets and other surfaces.
- To help assist with pre-collection/midweek collection procedures as directed if required.
- To acquire and maintain a high level of machine knowledge both product and technical.
- To ensure to offer refreshments to all playing customers in venue.
Security:
- To monitor the actions and behaviour of customers, noting any behaviour considered to be suspicious and/or disruptive to the smooth operation of the venue, ensuring any concerns are logged on the IHL Tablet and escalated when required.
- To make sure that no person under the age of 18 years of age gains access to the venue in accordance with current legislation and that the company’s ‘Think 25’ policy is applied rigorously.
- To ensure that physical and personal security standards are maintained.
Working Hours: 30 hours per week on a flexible rota basis. This role involves late evening and night work.
Pay: £13.11 - You will receive an additional £1 per hour for any hours worked after midnight.
DBS checks would be completed for all candidates.
