Job Overview:
As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks involved in manufacturing high-quality aluminium doors, windows, and glazing systems. This includes cutting, shaping, assembling, and finishing aluminium components to create custom-designed products.
You will be involved in all areas of Fabrication, inclusive of cutting, machining, beading and gasketing of Aluminium Frames.
Training will be provided on all aspects of what we do and how we operate.
Working hours - Monday to Thursday 7:00am to 4:00pm and Friday 7:00am to 2:00pm. (40.5 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabrication, inclusive of cutting, machining, beading and gasketing of Aluminium Doors and Windows.
- To ensure the manufacturing schedule is achieved as quickly, safely and efficiently as possible in order to meet targets and deadlines.
- Use of various machinery and air powered tools to secure hardware to the frames.
· Rotating work to different areas of the factory to ensure multi skilled working and provide cover for staff absences.
- Perform quality checks on fabricated items to ensure compliance with standards.
- Adherence to Health & Safety guidelines.
