We are looking for a passionate and reliable team member to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to company standards, managing your designated section, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen
DIMENSIONS
Casual hours between 05:30am and 23:00pm. Flexible, shift based schedule, looking for availability across the week and weekend work when required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and cook food to the high standards expected by Ashorne Hill, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation at all times.
- Take responsibility for supporting the day-to-day operation of a designated kitchen section, working closely with senior chefs and the wider kitchen team.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards in line with Food Safety legislation and Ashorne Hill policies and procedures.
- Ensure all ingredients, mise en place, and finished dishes meet company and kitchen standards before service.
- Assist with the smooth delivery of kitchen service, adapting to changing business needs and supporting colleagues across different sections when required.
- Keep all work areas clean, organised, safe, and hygienic, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety requirements at all times.
- Carry out daily checks of function requirements and kitchen schedules, prioritising tasks to support effective service delivery.
- Report any equipment faults, maintenance issues, or potential hazards promptly to the Senior Chef on duty.
- Maintain personal kitchen equipment and uniform to the required professional standards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote a positive team environment and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Location: Ashorne Hill Management College, Leamington Spa, CV33 9QW. Off the Banbury Road.
Pay: £13.04 per hour
