What We're Looking For:
We're looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional standards and leading high-performing teams.
You'll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, takes ownership of your operation and enjoys driving continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
· Proven experience managing and developing housekeeping teams within hotels, serviced apartments, aparthotels or luxury accommodation.
· You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities.
· You remain calm under pressure and can make confident decisions in a constantly changing operation
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and inspire your team to consistently deliver exceptional standards.
· You have a passion for developing people and creating high-performing teams.
· Experience managing labour costs, housekeeping budgets and productivity while maintaining outstanding guest satisfaction.
· A solid understanding of Health & Safety legislation, COSHH, manual handling and risk assessments.
· Experience implementing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards and operational processes.
· Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
· Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering five-star presentation standards.
· Confidence in conducting audits, inspections and performance reviews, using data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships across Housekeeping, Guest Services and Maintenance.
· A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to make decisions and lead by example.
· You are highly organised, proactive and motivated by delivering exceptional results.
· Curate world class guest experiences and own the guest journey.
