Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately for drinks and food
- Serve beverages responsibly, including bartending duties when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Manage cash transactions efficiently using basic math skills for billing and change
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks while providing attentive customer service
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, addressing any issues promptly
- Assist with opening or closing duties, including stock replenishment and cleaning tasks
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in handling food and beverages
- Ability to perform bartending and serving duties confidently when needed
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
