We are seeking an inspiring and strategic Head of Nursing and Midwifery to lead our Nursing and Midwifery portfolio, ensuring high-quality, innovative and sustainable programme delivery across pre-registration, post-registration, apprenticeship and CPD provision.
You will provide academic and operational leadership, supporting excellence in student experience, practice learning, quality assurance and regulatory compliance. Working closely with the Director of Health and Wellbeing and Faculty colleagues, you will help shape strategic direction, strengthen partnerships and contribute to workforce planning and portfolio development.
You will lead and support a team of senior academic colleagues, fostering an inclusive, collaborative and high-performing culture. The successful candidate will bring significant experience in nursing and/or midwifery education, strong leadership capability, and a clear understanding of the regulatory environment.
