Hours of Work: 42.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 7.30am-5.00pm)
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Join a leading hire provider and help keep local jobs moving. As our 3.5t Delivery Driver, you'll collect and deliver hire equipment around the local area in a busy, productive role. You'll be the face of the business-bringing our values to life with every delivery-while supporting the wider team and our ESG commitment ("Decade to Deliver").
What you'll be doing:
- Drive a 3.5 ton flatbed van to deliver hire equipment locally
- Ensure deliveries run smoothly, safely, and on time
- Be a confident, friendly point of contact for customers at delivery points
- Walk and work outdoors for long periods in all weather
- Support your business unit/team to deliver on our ESG strategy
What you'll bring:
- Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
- Good knowledge of the local area
- Strong customer focus-friendly, approachable, and professional
- Upbeat, independent, and self-motivated work style
- Experience driving within the UK
- Comfort with physical activity-getting the job done outdoors as needed
