Job Summary

Duties
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs on semi-permanent makeup techniques, including Powder brows, Microblading, Lip blush, Eyeliner, and more
- Demonstrate proper use of equipment, pigments, and safety protocols to ensure best practices
- Provide personalized feedback and coaching to students to enhance their technical skills and confidence
- Maintain an organized training schedule and ensure all course materials are up-to-date and accessible
- Monitor student progress through assessments and practical evaluations
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages creativity, professionalism, and safety
- Communicate effectively with students in English, ensuring clarity of instructions and expectations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in semi-permanent makeup application with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent communication skills in English, capable of instructing diverse learners clearly and confidently
- Prior teaching or training experience in beauty or cosmetic procedures is highly desirable
- Knowledge of plumbing is a plus for understanding sanitation standards related to equipment setup (if applicable)
- Strong organizational skills to manage training sessions efficiently and maintain accurate records
- Proficiency in IT tools for presentations, virtual demonstrations, or record-keeping
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to motivate students and foster a supportive learning atmosphere
