The Role
We are seeking a driven and organised individual with proven experience in the domestic double glazing industry to take a lead role in managing the administration and delivery of our glazing projects.
This is a key operational position responsible for overseeing projects from initial enquiry through to final installation and handover. You will act as the central point of coordination between customers, surveyors, suppliers, and installation teams to ensure every project runs smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from sale to completion
- Provide excellent customer service
- Prepare accurate quotations and pricing for windows, doors, rooflights, and glazing systems
- Coordinate site surveys and understand basic drawings/specifications
- Order materials from suppliers and manage delivery schedules
- Plan and schedule installation teams efficiently
- Liaise with fitters, resolve on-site issues, and ensure quality standards are met
- Track project progress and update customers regularly
- Handle variations, snagging, and post-installation queries
- Maintain organised project records and documentation
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in the domestic double glazing industry (essential)
- Strong background in customer service and client management
- Experience with pricing, quoting, and product specification
- Understanding of surveys, measurements, and glazing drawings
- Knowledge of ordering processes and supplier coordination
- Experience scheduling and directing installation teams
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Confident using basic IT systems (email, spreadsheets, CRM)
- Full UK driving licence

Pay: £27,879.70-£50,000.00 per year
