Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Part-Time Shop Floor Assistant to join our team. This role is involves regular daytime weekday shifts, so it is not suitable for students or those in full-time education. You will play a key role in maintaining excellent store standards, delivering great customer service, and supporting the day-to-day running of the shop floor.
Duties
- Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times
- Assist customers with queries, product recommendations, and purchases
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the shop floor
- Restock shelves and ensure displays are well organised and fully replenished
- Assist with stock deliveries, checking, and storage
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily targets and store goals
Requirements
- Must be available to work daytime weekday shifts
- Must be flexible for occasional weekend shifts
- Not suitable for students or those in full-time education
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Physically able to be on your feet for extended periods and handle light lifting

Pay: From £12.72 per hour
