About the Role
Are you ready to lead a team that keeps renewable energy flowing while helping power a cleaner future? As a Lead Wind Turbine Technician, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving wind farm performance, supporting safe operations and developing colleagues across our onshore wind portfolio.
At EDF power solutions, we’re powering an Electric UK and Ireland.
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership position where your technical expertise, commitment to safety and ability to inspire others will directly support renewable energy generation and our journey to a net zero future.
The Opportunity
As a Lead Wind Turbine Technician, you’ll provide day-to-day leadership to a team of technicians, helping deliver safe, efficient and high-quality maintenance activities. Alongside a competitive salary and potential for an annual bonus, this role is based at our wind farm in #Durham. This is an on-site position with travel required to other wind farm locations as business needs dictate.
We’ll support your continued development as you expand your leadership capability and technical expertise. Working closely with site teams and contractors, you’ll contribute to continuous improvement, operational excellence and the reliable generation of renewable energy.
