We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Analyst to support the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has experience providing both project coordination and Project Management Office (PMO) support. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are effectively planned, governed, monitored and reported, while supporting Project Managers with the tools, information and processes required to deliver successful outcomes.
As a Project Analyst, you will be responsible for working as part of the Projects Team to help deliver the following:
· Maintain project schedules, action trackers, risk registers, issue logs and change controls.
· Coordinate project meetings, workshops and governance forums, including preparing agendas and recording minutes.
· Produce project status reports, dashboards and performance metrics for stakeholders and senior management.
· Monitor project progress, highlighting risks, issues, dependencies and potential delays.
· Analyse project data and provide insights to support planning and decision-making.
· Support project budgeting, cost tracking and financial reporting activities.
· Assist in the preparation of Project Board and Steering Group documentation.
· Support portfolio reporting and PMO governance processes.

The candidate should have essential skills and experience in:
· Project Analyst, Project Support, PMO or similar role.
· Supporting projects throughout the project lifecycle.
· Strong organisational, planning and time management skills.
· Maintaining project documentation, action logs, risk registers and project reporting.
· Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
· Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint.
· Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
