The Support Services Supervisor – Catering plays a key role in delivering a safe, efficient and high-quality catering service that supports excellent patient care across Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust. Leading the day-to-day operation of ward-based catering services, the post holder will ensure patients receive meals that meet the highest standards of quality, food safety and customer service.
Working closely with the Facilities Manager, you will supervise and support a team of catering staff, ensuring services are effectively planned, appropriately resourced and delivered in line with Trust policies, HACCP requirements and health and safety legislation.
