Duties
- Create beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, birthdays, and events
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers and arrangements to meet their needs
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and supplies
- Keep the flower shop clean and organised
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer preferences and offering expert advice
Skills
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and plants, including how to care for them
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
- Strong organisational skills to manage orders, inventory, and appointments effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Sales skills to promote floral products and upsell when appropriate
