The Two Brewers Pub in Northaw are seeking a dynamic Assistant Front of House Manager to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will support the overall guest experience by supervising front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all guests to the pub. Your leadership will help maintain high standards of hospitality, streamline daily activities, and motivate staff to deliver memorable experiences.
The Two Brewers Pub is a community lead pub with amazing food offering under Head Chef Paul Cooke.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support front-line staff to ensure consistent delivery of outstanding guest services
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery
- Oversee cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the restaurant and pub area to uphold high standards
- Manage stock levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth service
- Assist in training new staff members and providing ongoing development for existing team members
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Support in organising events or special promotions within the venue
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in a hospitality with experience in rosette standard dinning
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact confidently with guests and staff
- Good Wine knowledge with experience in food pairing
- Passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences with an energetic approach
Pay: £28,000.00-£31,500.00 per year
