At Rounton Coffee, we supply award-winning coffee, equipment, training and support to coffee shops, restaurants, workplaces and hospitality venues across the UK.
We're looking for an organised, proactive and commercially minded person to become the operational hub of our wholesale business.
This is a pivotal role that sits at the centre of customer service, field operations, production and sales. You'll ensure our customers receive an exceptional experience whilst helping coordinate a wholesale division responsible for 50% of our turnover.
No two days are the same. One moment you might be coordinating an urgent customer issue, the next arranging preventative maintenance, supporting our field team, managing customer installations or ensuring production has the information needed to deliver on time.

What you'll be responsible forCustomer Experience
- Acting as the primary point of contact for wholesale customer enquiries.
- Coordinating the resolution of customer issues and service requests.
- Ensuring customers receive a professional, responsive and helpful experience at every interaction.
- Building strong relationships with customers and becoming a trusted point of contact.
Service & Equipment Support
- Scheduling service visits, installations and maintenance activities.
- Managing equipment servicing schedules and compliance requirements.
- Coordinating boiler inspections, PSSR inspections and engineering support.
- Maintaining accurate service and equipment records.
Sales & Operations Coordination
- Raising purchase orders, quotations and sales invoices.
- Supporting account management and customer onboarding activities.
- Coordinating information between the sales and production teams.
- Managing changes to customer orders and resolving operational issues.
Field Team Coordination
- Coordinating and supporting our field-based account managers.
- Managing schedules, priorities and follow-up actions.
- Ensuring customer actions are completed and communicated effectively.
- Creating structure and accountability across a geographically dispersed team.
Continuous Improvement
- Improving systems, processes and communication across departments.
- Identifying operational inefficiencies and helping solve them.
- Contributing to the continued growth and development of the wholesale business.
