Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks at multiple client sites, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and surface disinfecting
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely to ensure optimal results
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and schedules to meet each location’s specific requirements
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all cleaning activities
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure expectations are met or exceeded
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality service
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete scheduled tasks across multiple sites
- Reliable transportation or willingness to travel between locations as needed
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service
