Night Support Worker – 4 on / 4 off – Nights – £12.71 per hour
We are looking for Night Support Workers to join our team on a 4 on / 4 off rota, working nights at £12.71 per hour.
About the Role
You will provide overnight support to residents, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and comfort throughout the night. This role is ideal for someone calm, reliable, and confident working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out regular welfare checks and maintain accurate night‑time records
- Provide support, reassurance, and guidance to residents as needed
- Respond to incidents or emergencies in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure the building remains safe, secure, and clean overnight
- Complete handovers to the day team at the end of each shift
- Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and organisational procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in care, supported accommodation, or similar
- Ability to remain alert and focused throughout night shifts
- Strong communication and record‑keeping skills
- A caring, patient, and professional approach
- Reliability and commitment to a 4 on / 4 off pattern
