The Role
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Service, Brake & Suspension Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for carrying out vehicle servicing, diagnosing faults, and completing brake and suspension repairs to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out interim and full vehicle servicing
- Diagnose faults and identify necessary repairs
- Replace and repair brake components (pads, discs, calipers)
- Perform suspension work (shocks, springs, arms, bushes)
- Conduct vehicle health checks and report findings
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and safely
- Maintain accurate job records and paperwork
- Deliver excellent customer service when required
Requirements
- Proven experience in vehicle servicing, brakes, and suspension work
- Level 2 or 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and time management
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience in fast-fit or tyre fitting environments
- MOT Tester qualification
- Experience using job management systems (e.g., FOS)

Hours of work
Monday - Friday 8:00-5:30.
Pay: Up to £32,000.00 per year
