Position: Mobile Cleaner
Salary: £27,758 per annum (£12.71 per hour)
Hours: 42 /week MON-FRI 07:00-16:00 + every other SAT 07:00-11:30
Location: *Richmond Portsmouth, PO6 1RU
*70% based at our flagship Portsmouth dealership + 30% mobile commercial/domestic cleaning across the Group – a Full UK Driving Licence is essential for this role

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Mobile Cleaner to join our team, primarily based at our flagship Portsmouth dealership.
Around 70% of your time will be spent at Portsmouth, cleaning our offices, showroom, kitchens, toilets and customer areas. The remaining time will involve providing cleaning cover across our wider Group locations in Fareham, Botley, Southampton, Totton, Lymington, Bognor Regis and Guildford, as well as occasional domestic cleaning at the owner's home.
The purpose of this role is to provide flexible support when needed, helping us maintain our high standards and cover planned holidays or unexpected absences such as sickness. We will manage this as carefully as possible, but you will need to be comfortable travelling to other locations at short notice when required.
Company-branded uniform, including a T-shirt, coat and fleece, will be provided. Mileage for travel between sites will be reimbursed at 55p per mile.
As our Mobile Cleaner, you'll be:
- Cleaning offices, showrooms, kitchens, toilets and communal areas to a high standard and keeping staff and customer areas clean, tidy and welcoming.
- Emptying bins, replenishing cleaning supplies and maintaining washroom facilities.
- Reporting any maintenance issues or stock shortages to the appropriate manager.
- Following Health & Safety procedures and using cleaning products safely.
- Providing cleaning cover across our Group locations when required.
- Carrying out occasional domestic cleaning at the owner's home.
Ideally, you are:
- Experienced in a similar Cleaner, Commercial Cleaner, Domestic Cleaner, Housekeeper, Facilities Cleaner or Cleaning Operative role.
- A full UK driving licence holder with your own transport and happy to travel.
- Flexible and able to provide support at different locations when required.
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
- A team player with good communication skills.
- Proud of your work with a strong eye for detail.
