We are seeking a Club Manager to lead our catering team at Old bristiolians sports club. You'll oversee the kitchen and bar staff, prepare & serve food on match days and act as key holder.
This is a varied role with plenty of flexibility for the right person.
Offering a relaxed and fun environment, while delivering great levels of hospitality. This role may suit someone who has run a sports or social club before or an experienced chef/cook.
Must have minimum of 2 years F&B experience required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all areas of club including food and beverage, health & safety, and key holding
- Ensure compliance with UK health & safety, food hygiene, licensing, and employment laws.
- Monitor stock levels, and support Directors in ordering supplies as needed and ensuring cost-effective purchasing.
- Controlling bookings and ensure Staff are rota's for needs of business
- Ensuring team matches are catered for and over see food service for teams including food preparation and cooking when required
Experience
- Previous Kitchen experience is essential and bar desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders accurately.
Pay: £13.75-£14.50 per hour
