SwimReady Swim School is seeking enthusiastic and passionate Level 2 Swimming Teachers to join our growing team in Harlow.
As a SwimReady teacher, you will play an important role in helping children and adults develop confidence, improve their technique and enjoy their swimming journey in a safe and supportive environment. Lessons are delivered in line with the Swim England Learn to Swim Framework, with a strong emphasis on quality, progress and individual support.
The Role
- Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to children and adults of all abilities.
- Support swimmers to achieve their full potential.
- Promote water safety and confidence in the water.
- Work closely with lifeguards and fellow teachers to provide an exceptional experience for our families.
- Contribute positively to a professional and supportive team culture.
Essential Requirements
- Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification
- A passion for teaching and developing swimmers.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A professional, reliable and friendly approach.
- Commitment to providing a safe and enjoyable learning environment.
