At Tom Hartley Cars, our showroom is renowned for its exceptional standards, attention to detail and warm, professional client experience. We are looking for a poised, personable and highly organised individual to become the welcoming face of our business and to support our sales team in delivering a first-class service.
This is a varied and fast-paced position at the heart of the showroom, where you will:
- Provide a polished and professional front-of-house welcome for our clients
- Manage incoming calls and enquiries with confidence and warmth
- Coordinate appointments and maintain the showroom diary
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and client preparation
- Ensure the showroom environment is presented to an impeccable standard at all times
- Assist with client hospitality and create a relaxed, luxury experience
We are looking for someone who:
- Takes pride in their presentation
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is organised, proactive and able to multitask
- Enjoys working in a high-end, customer-focused environment
- Is confident using computers and administrative systems
- Brings a positive approach to their work
Experience in a similar role is essential in order to demonstrate the required professionalism this role entails.
