Summary
We are seeking Room Attendants to join our team in Folkestone, for part-time work. This role is vital in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and comfort that our clients expect, contributing directly to our company's mission of exceptional hospitality service.
The position is based in FOLKESTONE and offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team committed to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to company standards - Time assigned is 15 minutes for a stayover, 30 minutes for a standard room, and 40 minutes for a family room.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and thoroughly.
- Restock supplies and amenities in guest rooms.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information.
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
- Assist with other housekeeping duties as required.
* Weekend availability is required
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
- Prior experience in hospitality is highly desirable.
